Welded Wire Mesh is made by welding low carbon steel wire, galvanized wire or stainless steel wire at each crossing point. The mesh opening is fixed and the sheet or roll keeps a flat shape during cutting and installation. It is used for fencing, cages, machine guards, garden partitions, construction protection and general industrial use. We can supply electro galvanized, hot dipped galvanized and PVC coated welded mesh. Common roll length is 30 m. Roll width, mesh opening, wire diameter and packing can be made according to order details.

Wire Diameter: Common light welded mesh uses BWG24 to BWG16. Fencing mesh commonly uses about 1.65 mm to 2.67 mm wire. Heavier gauges available by order.

PVC Coated Type: Usually made from galvanized welded mesh or galvanized wire core. Finished wire diameter depends on coating thickness.

Roll Width: Galvanized welded mesh usually 0.5 m to 1.8 m. PVC coated welded mesh usually 0.5 m to 1.2 m.

Roll Length: Common 30 m per roll

Packing: Waterproof paper in rolls. Plastic film, carton or pallet packing can be arranged by order.

Custom Size: Mesh size, wire diameter, roll width and packing can be made according to buyer requirement.

A regular small-opening welded mesh for cages, garden use and light protection work. The 1/2″ opening keeps the mesh tight. It can be supplied galvanized before welding or galvanized after welding. For wet outdoor use, hot dipped galvanized after welding is usually preferred.

Green PVC coated welded mesh is often used for garden fencing and outdoor partitions. The welded mesh has a galvanized wire core, then PVC coating is added on the surface. Finished wire diameter should be confirmed before quotation.

This rectangular opening mesh is used for fencing, warehouse partition and general protection. The 1″ × 2″ opening gives better visibility than small mesh and keeps material weight under control. It is a practical choice for outdoor fence rolls.
