QUALITY CONTROL PROCESS

Inspection from Raw Materials to Shipment

Our quality control process covers the main stages of production. Each inspection helps us identify potential issues and verify that products comply with the requirements confirmed for the order.

Incoming Material Inspection

Incoming wire and metal materials are checked before production. Inspection may include material type, wire diameter, coating, surface condition and conformity with order requirements.

In-Process Control

Production is monitored through on-site checks, independent inspections and full inspections when required. Key parameters are checked during weaving, welding, cutting and finishing.

Finished Product Inspection

Finished products are inspected for dimensions, mesh opening, wire diameter, appearance, workmanship, surface finish, quantity and compliance with confirmed specifications.

Packaging and Shipment Check

Product quantity, labels, packing materials and packaging methods are checked before shipment. Suitable export packaging is prepared to protect goods during transportation.
